The diverse and relevant activities and events of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians’ (GAFP) continuing medical education (CME) program includes online CME for family physicians, clinicians, and nurse practitioners to access 24/7. The web-based lectures include a pre-test, a post-lecture test and evaluation. Upon completion, a certificate is sent to each participant to be used to report CME credits to the appropriate accrediting body. GAFP members’ CME credits are reported to the American Academy of Family Physicians by the GAFP.
There are no online CME opportunities at this time. GAFP members are alerted when an online educational program is available.
Reporting CME Credits
Self-report CME credits from any accredited American Academy of Family Physicians (AAFP) event by visiting the AAFP site and logging into your account. Once logged in, select View my CME Record on the left-hand navigation bar. Then select Report my CME. As a GAFP member, CME credits for all GAFP-hosted events are submitted for you after a CME report form is completed and returned to the GAFP office.
