The Georgia Academy of Family Physicians (GAFP) would like to invite you to the Fall Family Medicine Weekend, scheduled for November 14-16, 2019 at the Atlanta Evergreen Marriott Conference Resort – Stone Mountain, GA…

The conference offers a number of CME topics, networking activities that highlights the mountains and an opportunity to meet with other physicians from around the state who are passionate about family medicine.

Attendees will have the opportunity to earn up to 45 AAFP Prescribed credits* and up to 21 AMA PRA Category 1 credits. In support of the Georgia Academy of Family Physicians’ mission, the focus of this year’s conference is to provide family physicians and other primary care clinicians with current medical information that will strengthen their knowledge base and introduce new concepts and clinical practice skills through a cost-effective, evidence-based, and diverse educational program.

*Application for CME credit has been filed with the American Academy of Family Physicians. Determination of credit is pending.

Knowledge Self Assessments (KSAs):

The GAFP is proud to continue to offer the opportunity to complete the ABFM’s Knowledge Self-Assessment Test (KSA) to assist with your Board re-certification during the Fall Conference.

Gate Entry to Park and Hotel:  Gate entry to the park will be complimentary for all attendees who register for the GAFP Fall Family Medicine Weekend. You will receive a parking pass to display in your car’s dashboard upon entry to the park.
