2015 Annual Scientific Assembly

Spotlight On: Draw Down Presenting Sponsor CircleLink Health

A Solution to Chronic Care Management & Annual Wellness Visit Program Difficulties

Brian Bibb, CircleLink Health representative to the GAFP

It is with great pleasure that we are introducing CircleLink Health as this year’s presenting sponsor for the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance 2015 Draw Down held during the GAFP Annual Scientific Assembly Welcome Reception November 6th. Many of you have already adopted their services into your practice, but we wanted to take this opportunity to share more about this company and their services  with all GAFP members.

Most of you are already aware that Medicare is now reimbursing for both the Annual Wellness Visit and monthly for Chronic Care Management (CCM) and that combined, these represent a significant reimbursement opportunity for your practices. However, implementing these programs and achieving success with them can prove to be very difficult and yield little results. CircleLink Health and their partners help practices solve this problem and provide an easy solution that allows physicians to take full advantage of these programs.

“We know that many practices are struggling with reimbursement cuts and that many are finding that they have to schedule more patients to keep pace with their reimbursement needs. The Annual Wellness Visit and Chronic Care Management program are two programs, that, with the help of partners can easily be implemented requiring no upfront costs or investments and can be effectively run with very little time or effort,” said Brian Bibb, CircleLink Health representative to the GAFP.  “We show practices how to leverage technology to run a very effective and simple program that yields excellent results for both patient and practice. We make it easy,” he added.

If you are attending the GAFP Scientific Assembly, we encourage you to stop by the CircleLink Health Booth #28 in the Social and Information Hub. The CircleLink Health will be happy to explain how practices are enhancing their patient’s quality of life while increasing their reimbursements by $200,000 – $300,000 annually. In a few short minutes they can demonstrate how the system would work for your practice and answer any questions you may have. If you are not attending the assembly you can learn more at www.CircleLinkHealth.com and by contacting Brian Bibb at (904)-477-8456 or at bbibb@circlelinkhealth.com.
