Legacy Club
The Legacy Club is a special membership of the Georgia Healthy Family Alliance consisting of family physicians who donate a minimum of $1,000 to Alliance programs. Legacy Club members receive acknowledgment in the GAFP newsletter, recognition at the Annual Scientific Assembly, and an invitation to an exclusive luncheon during the Annual Scientific Assembly, as well as specific mailings that go only to Legacy Club members.
To join the Legacy Club, simply make a donation totaling $1,000 or more. To fulfill your pledge, you can make a single payment, you can be invoiced monthly, or the Alliance can set up automatic credit card deductions. To make an online donation visit http://www.gafp.org/donor_form.asp. The Georgia Healthy Family Alliance is a 501 (c) (3) tax-exempt foundation and all donations are tax-deductible.
